When's the last time you saw a vibrantly toned circ Morgan ? Or just about any circ coin for that matter. Yeah, you can find a circ coin with some colorful toning occasionally, but it will be minimal and they will be few and far between. For a coin to tone colorfully the luster must be there, otherwise it just doesn't happen.
