Morgan 1899 O possible micro o?

Recently i buy this Morgan, it is possible that it is a micro o? Or maybe some variant VAM?

Yes, that is a genuine US Mint 1899-o "micro-o".

It looks like the "VAM-5" variety.

The die crack at ED -> wing is diagnostic for VAM-5. The Micro O 1899's enjoy significant popularity among VAMmers, and although yours isn't a serious rarity in the grade, it's a pretty liquid coin due to that popularity. Offered with attribution, it wouldn't be on the market for long.
