    Hi guys :)

I need your help for this coin, it's not mine, but of a friend in the italian forum lamoneta.it, and we have some doubt about it.

The weight is 26.68 gr., I have these two photos:

    Thanks to all!

Not even remotely close to real. Does anybody read the posts about buying good dates in slabs, until one knows the series well enough? That would be a good date, if it were not an obvious tainted coin.

the reason i say is that the cc looks added on..

CC looks like a possible match for VAM 9. The weight is correct, and nothing else is jumping out at me as fake, but I wouldn't want to buy this one without seeing it. As it has been harshly polished, which is readily apparent from the photo, I probably wouldn't want to buy it at all.

My friend had already purchased the coin, but now contacted the seller who agreed to take it back.

    Thanks to all again.
