Thanks, I agree! The US/Canada obsolete banknotes are really beautifully engraved/ have awesome vignettes. I am mostly into coins, but these are a nice side hobby

Thanks! Wish they would make our modern notes with as much care as to design/engraving/quality. Up here in Canada, we have "plastic banknotes", YUCK!

 

Today, the standard is not "something to be proud of." It is "it's good enough."

 

Beautiful notes , wish we'd go back to artful notes like these . Plus I wish I had some extra money to buy a few .
