Is "extra spine" Canadian for "more maple syrup"? I don't speak Canadian well at all and I know very little about the Great White North and even less of their coinage but was told these are an error. Good shape for 1964 , is obverse possibly a strike through?
This hopefully may be of some help. http://coinsandcanada.com/coins-prices.php?coin=1-cent-1964&years=1-cent-1953-1964
Wow, there's allot could look for isn't there? Did you happen to notice amythany off hand? Not sure what I'm looking for regarding the "extra spine".
In the end of the branch where the Left leaf comes out there is what is called a spine. It looks like a small "Bud" type of thing. Look at top photo.Look at your coin. On the "Extra Spine" there is a smaller "bud" looking thing that looks like a small die chip on the right of the "Spine". I personally did not see an extra spine on your coin, but I don't have the coin in hand, so you will have to make the call.
Gotcha, none of that going on but I do have this one, it's cataloged at partial leaf branch or something,I gotta check the name again but there is also no mg on any, xouco that be because of the ware though?
