More fakes?

    I give you credit, but, I have to ask:

    did the bidder pay for that Buffalo?

    Unless they thought that it was a very high grade Proof.

    Makes no sense.

    No the bidder didn't pay for that. He just saved my butt by bidding so high that no one else would get it. Then he (in not such a nice way) told me that the coin was a fake. He saved me, and any other bidder, a whole slew of problems. Same with that 1914-s. He bid 15K to keep it out of reach of everone else, which he did for the same reason. His eBay ID was "mesacoincom" and he should be commended by the community. Although he could work on his "approach" his reasoning was stellar.
