This same note sold on eBay 10/07/2010 in a PCGS encapsulation, grade 15 "Apparent 20 with margin repairs". Thanks goes to Track & Price for helping me spot this misrepresentation. Be careful out there. New info - contacted seller, he responded quickly, indicating that he had purchased the note (not in a PCGS holder) from a local dealer. Says he'll pull the auction.[/QUOTE]
