The issue is colluding with other bidders with the intent of lowering the sale price. Again, may not be illegal, but it's certainly unethical and something that we each have a responsibility to avoid. Or at least I do, and again I'm surprised by the number of my fellow collectors here who don't feel a responsibility to do the right thing here.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
