The rough surface is ONLY on the observe.</p><p>2. The reverse shows NO damage or flaws.</p><p>3. The edge shows copper was displaced by pressure.</p><p>4. Also, near LIBERTY shows odd stamping pattern.</p><p>5. BUT, the imprints show a very odd texture, pics the best I can. It is a very rough texture which made me think a chemical burn...it is only in the indentations.</p><p><br /></p><p>Could a messed up die do this? Or a science project?
