Maybe they don&#039;t realize they are spending the same amount whether they use six dollar coins or 24 quarters. I say this because apparently they need instructions on how to use the dollar coins.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Not surprisingly, many customers are hoarding the dollar coins rather than using them in the machines as intended.
