I'm merely saying it bounced because there are a few diagnostics there that indicate that, like the mechanical doubling on the D and O in dollar. But for that too happen, it had to happen on the 2nd strike. Of course it bounced on the 1st strike too, otherwise the 2nd strike wouldn't be, couldn't be, where it is. And of course that tells us that it was not in the collar during either strike. Otherwise it couldn't have bounced like it did - the physical measurement between 1st and 2nd is just too big. All in all it's fairly simple it just seems complicated because so much happened.
No. 47 does appear to be a centered triple strike. The first strike in-collar, the second a partial collar, and the third out-of-collar. The obverse was struck-through "grease", with some material retained. It also shows collar clash.
