It is a copy made by the Historical Products Company. The note is on the bogus note list at Crutchfields Currency.

Paper looks too dark, too "crispy-crunchy",
signatures are the same kind of "too dark",
...but the center fold is beguiling,
and so is the "wear and tear".

 

Stood out right away

 

You have to try and give it that authentic look and that means beating it
Up real Bad.
