Binge watching Pawn Stars and in the very first episode, the Old Man (RIP) mispriced a CC Morgan for 50 bucks lol, wish i was there before Corey caught that

 

Turn the hi-beams off on that '83-CC, I can't see anything!

Still looking nice regardless of the glare though. Mine is only an AU-58, and that's good enough for me currently.

 

Speaking of 1883CCs, a few months ago I posted a raw one and my pictures were the usual substandard fodder. A couple of people said it was fake. I got it graded by those stingy folks at ANACS and it came back straight grade MS63. I wasn't very happy about that, I've given some thought to trying to cross over to PCGS in hopes of an upgrade. I will think hard and long about that because that year is very common because most of the 82, 83, and 84s stayed locked in bank vaults for 80 years before being auctioned off to the public. Lots of stellar Carson Citys in that stretch.

 

It is a beauty. I’m not a big f as n of times coins but I do like the colors on it was well as the 110% luster.
