Yes, send it in. I just don't know how their going to assign it as an Error . I know you will be happy though when you do, I would .
NAV send it to me. I'll pay the postage and dispose of it properly. That, my friend, is one very sweet note. AND coming from grandma, priceless! Enjoy it for life and pass it on to your kids one day.
Completely agree. It’s just in a couple clear plastic folders right now. The only grading flaws that I can tell are maybe 3-4 minor handling marks, but no folds, and the corners are nice. It is kind of hard to see on my old iPhone8 camera
The selvage at the top and bottom of a sheet of printed bills are different. That is the printed area is not exactly centered on the sheet. The printed area is actually more towards the bottom of the sheet. This sheet went through the press backwards for the third printing, and was cut properly along with the “normal” sheets. But because of the selvage difference it appears to be a cutting error. I guess technically it is a cutting error, but not because the cutting process got out of whack, or the sheets were fed wrong during cutting.
I don’t think anything is misaligned. Everything is just where it is supposed to be, just that the sheet was fed backwards. IMHO
What about the upside down serial numbers? Never mind. Just comprehended your third printing process statement
