That top edge is wider than the spacing between each printed note. The small line above the bill&#039;s vignette in the center of the same&nbsp;&nbsp; margin, is where the cutter would trim if the notes were to be cut and banded separately. They leave the full sheets untrimmed because it serves no purpose to do it. The same with the right side, so the placement of this note was upper right hand corner. Definitely it was cut out by hand from a 32 position sheet of notes. Here is a picture of that position and you can see the wider margins.
