Seem like a scam. I ordered two "Complete 29 Coin Year Set Of Proof Silver Eagles" sets back on July 10th. Today, 9/21, I got in touch to ask why my order was taking so long. Alisa told me that when I placed the order, even though the credit card transaction went through and was paid, their credit card processor told them that my billing address did not match. They think my apartment number may have been the cause. In any case, Alisa said that someone from MintProducts had sent me an email asking me to confirm the address. I never received any such email. Now they're asking for my credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address, again. I'm uncomfortable giving that information again as I was already charged for this order once before. Even though they've already received my payment they insist that they have to call my bank to ensure my address matches. I'm done! I asked them cancel the order and refund my money. Let's see how long that takes.

Pity. The company is on the up and up and, perhaps, were just looking out for your interests because things didn't match up right.

I've dealt with these folks for years (8) and never a hitch. Slow? Sometimes, but never a scam.......

Good luck if you think the best price is the best VALUE. These guys are selling items they don't have in stock, hence the long wait times to get to you. That's called a ponzi scheme.

You are answering a year old post. Please read rules . Jim

I don't understand how replying to an old thread is against the rules. While some members get on the posters that revitalize threads, I don't see how it is against the rules.

It was not about answering an old post, it was that your language violated the rules and the post was removed. You should have received a PM ( conversation) regarding it. Jim

What specific language did I use that violated your rules, sir? Please spell them out for me?
No PM was ever sent to me. Are you working with or for MintProducts?

Are you guys saying they are busier than J.M. & APMEX? Judging from them only having TWO reviews with the BBB my guess is no.
If they really are so busy they can't handle all the volume why not add another employee. If what you way is true they must be making money hand over fist.

Very poor communication and largely nonresponsive to their clients coupled with excessively long delivery times. Very quick to charge your credit card though.
