Actually, I did answer your question. They come in both proof and uncirculated versions.
They are not coins, though, they are medals.

 

i don't think so. either only proof or unc. i think it's unc. but looks like proof-like. and it is only one price at $66.95. two mint marks.

 

Sorry, I was mistaken. They come only in proof, from the Philadelphia and West Point mints.
