I'm looking for advice on these pennies. Should I just walk away and forget about these 1943 steel pennies, or should I have them authenticated and sent to auction?
Except for two, they all weigh 2.7g. and are 19mm.
The other two, come in at 2.4g.

2.4 is way too light. They should weigh 2.7.
If they have been reprocessed, which is common with steelies, then they have no value. These don't appear reprocessed to me which usually have a shiny chrome like appearance. Even in AU condition, these coins are common and can be had for 50-75 cents. Mint state a little better $1-$2.

As @Michael K indicated, these are quite common coins. But they're fun. I doubt you'd get much money for them at auction.

Keep 'em and enjoy 'em, or sell 'em as a lot if you want to.

Or better yet, give 'em to some bright young collector and make his or her day.
