All regular mint sets have been struck by higher pressures and lower speeds. There are dozens of other little "niceties" which have been used on some or all of a date to improve the appearance of the coins. The 3pc '76 sets packaged in an envelope with a white stripe were struck as mint set coins. That's it. Other coins struck were just pulled off of regular production runs. This means a lot of coins but I'm mostly thinking of the souvenir sets. These are not mint set quality.[/QUOTE]
