The Mint did not make ROLLS for the first 8 states. The ROLL colection is in small albums with a card inside that shows the order the State Quarters were introduced. I have 1 each for both mints (P&amp; D). Hopefully 2008 will end the State Quarter program. I&#039;m getting tired of paying a premium for the ROLLS of the State Quarters from the US Mint.
