    Regarding the rlm, toughcoin disagreement on pre strike/ post strike, I'm with rlm. The edges of the lamination look too sharp to be pre strike IMO.
    On the second coin, I think this is a planchet issue too. In the area circled it looks like a void. I'm thinking this coin is a lamination also.
