MINT ERROR or PMD?!

    I'm not really into mint errors, but this cent doesn't look damaged to me.

    After close inspection, these "lines" are raised and NOT incused.

    There's multiple "lines" are all over and they're all the same pattern.....a bunch of lines within the raised "line".


    Any idea if this is struck through fragment or foreign object or just PMD?

    The lines are raised because the other lines inside of them pushed the metal out.
