the exergue should read " I have decided im Heracles" Soldiers " Say what? Seriously....uh oh " Nice coin!
This coin is pretty cool, but I can't help thinking the reverse looks like an old guy telling 3 kids to get off his lawn.
RO, I really love that example!!! I'm still in the process of photographing what I have---Fine grade Sestertius among others, but NOT with your wonderful reverse...
Wow ro1974 => that's a very cool coin!! (I'm totally jealous, for I'd love to put it next to my example) I have the "before" coin .... apparently, you have the "after" coin somebody must have said the wrong thing and pissed-off Commodus!!? BEFORE AFTER => "beat it, all three of you!!"
Although, Image no. 3 is beautiful, Image no. 2 appeals most to me. Now your avatar is most excellent!
