milk spots on my newly purchased ASE

    Just purchased some new 1994 American Silver Eagles, where the lighting wasn't adequate, and noticed milk spots on them the next day when I took them out into the sunlight. Would anyone know what causes these milk spots? I would also think that these spots hurt the value. Please advise.
