Oh come on, some Michiganer trying to out lake me? I can't have that! I live 1 house away from a lake, (lakeview), but its only about 400 acres, but only live 3 minutes from lake Minnetonka, about 100,000 acres. Of course, in the summer we go to a REAL great lake, Superior. Sorry, about all we got is lakes here, lots and lots of lakes......... Chris
You guys have "Hardcore Pawn" though. You ever go down to 8 mile and visit them? Personally I would be a little leery of the area. I went on 8 mile once, accidentally. I am sure since they are famous now that they porbably have as good of deals that Rick does now in Vegas, (talk about overpriced....).
well you can say i retired im disabled,an iuse to live at 16mile road an grosbeck hwy,was born in detriot 6mile an outer drive so you can say i more ghetto then m&m !!!
Small world. After college I lived in Detroit at East Warren and Cadiuex. The day after 3 dudes stood on my neighbors sidewalk and shot the place up for 10 minutes, I escaped to the burbs. No Chris, I wouldn't go to Hardcore Pawn. I prefer to get ripped off closer to my house. I work near 8 mile, but 8 Mile is a VERY long road. The east end isn't terrible. yet...
Anyway, , back to the original topic, I find I am liking exumania more the older I get. Its weird, though, I really only like it when its in the area where it was produced. I mean, going to a MN coin show I feel weird looking at IA exumania even though I am from there. MN exumania just seems cooler if you are in MN. I have no idea why though, maybe its just me.
Yeah Chris, I agree. I actually never looked twice at the medals that were given to me. Then I started seeing some of the beautiful ones cpm9ball was posting at collectors unleashed. So I busted them out and I really have an attraction towards them. I am now interested in the Paris mint medals. They are works of art. Here are a couple space program ones I have also:
No James, I do not know which building it is either. I am in Mt Clemens, a lot, and I do not remember seeing it. It does look like a church. But I am not sure why that would be on the token. edited for spelling
