Mexican Libertads 1982 - 1995

Which 1982 through 1995 1 oz Mexico Silver Libertad (Types I and 2) have the highest premiums over spot? Can someone provide a list?

OK: 1987 and 1988, the rest not so much.
The 1983 proof is fairly scarce.
There are 1991 varietals as I recall. Some of the other proof dates are modestly scarce - that's the Cliff's Notes edition!
