    Hello everyone,
Yesterday, Memorial Day, I was off from work so I finally went out for about 4 hours at Pelham Bay Park to do some dirt fishing. I didn't go on Saturday because of bad rainy weather and I also was getting over a bad cold.

These were my finds and a very interesting story to share with you concerning a silver ring find!

So as I was detecting a snake and I crossed paths.
It was an Easter Milk Snake which was about 24 inches long.

    So what's interesting?
That about an hour later I detected a Silver Serpent Ring :wideyed:

Nice finds. I might be wrong but I think screw back collar disks like that are from ww2 or older. I would like to get into metal detecting, seems fun.
