One actually traded me a roll of Mercury dimes for 1 token. Seems that no one had ever heard of this company, much less their tokens.</p><p> All in all, I went back to this lot several times and always found 4 or more 5¢ Time Checks, finally digging the big rarity a 50¢ Carolina Tx. piece.</p><p> This was almost 30 years ago when finances were rather thin for me, so all tokens were eventually sold off to collectors & must have made $3-400 bucks that really helped w/ the bills at that time.</p><p> Sorry for this long token-ramble, but one thing I learned was that Token Collectors are the most , if not one of the most, serious & voracious collector groups out there!</p><p>Just my, Good For,</p><p>J.T.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
