Detecto-Man scores again. Your button w/the anchor is a Naval WW2 era style called the Admiralty Pattern (when one of the bars from the stock is turned down). Later issues didn't have button holes. More than likely pink cubic zirconia, with clear zircon chips down the side. Somewhat like this one. Being an armed jewelry courier for quite a few years, we used to supply strip mall stores like Zales and The Jewel Box with similar items.
