I hate it. I think it's a waste of money and a huge loss of a beautiful historical park! <b>Nothing can stop flood waters! </b></p><p>The plan is to raze the park and raise it upwards about 10 to 20 feet above the current level it is at. Here are 2 pictures from my mom's apartment.</p><p><br /></p><p>[ATTACH=full]1656062[/ATTACH]</p><p><br /></p><p>I have metal detected the park for 14+ years, so I have found most of the good items such as silver coins, Wheat Cents, old buttons, jewelry, foreign coins and tons of clad and cents. I found my first ever gold ring there <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie6" alt=":cool:" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p>The reason my dirt fishing hunt was only 2 hours was because it started to rain and at the same moment the battery went out on my NOKTA Legend <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie52" alt=":hilarious:" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p>That's a first for me!</p><p><br /></p><p>Here are the finds.
