The bottom right Indian appears to have a mint mark.

 

Interesting that you found a 1914 pendant (tie clip?) with the German Iron Cross on it, in NYC. I found one online with a similar 1914, crown, W, apparently a replica.

 

That pendant is really neat,reminds me of the Blue Max most likely some kind of WW1 memento.

 

Not seeing it at all here. With that kind of surface and these images, we're deep in ink-blot territory, I think.
