Messed up Dime?

    IMG_2959.JPG IMG_2960.JPG So I found this dime just randomly in my piggy bank and the mint mark is D year is not clear. If anyone can give me some information about it or even a value that'll be great.

    Yes, it is (hopefully) spendable. But probably not in a coin slot.

    Welcome to CT. that is one messed up coin and definitely PMD (Post Mint Damage) meaning it happened after the coin left the mint. Why? Who knows but the person that did it.
