    To all our Men and Women that have serve in our Armed Forces and those that have given there lives for us, WE thank you!!! and here's a salute to you!!

    Absolutely!!! This is not only a 'holiday weekend', but a time for remembrance of all who served and are currently serving----- especially those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our country!

    As a Vet, I have so many to remember---too many----from a USAF vet to all others, especially those Marines in my family.....We salute each and every one of you!!! DSCF0364.JPG

    Really, Memorial Day is a day of remembrance of those fallen in defense of this great nation. Veterans Day honors those who served. But this one is a much more solemn occasion. Give me some time to browse thru my collection to find an appropriate coin.

    Yes jw, i didn't want to do one without the other, that's why i used the Memoriae ancient coins to honors the fallen, sorry for the confusion.
