That was click bait, this thread is not about meme coins or social tokens at all. :D This thread is actually about Bitcoin and I don't even own any yet, except the $5 I got for free from Coinbase. Kitco is talking about Bitcoin just as much as it talks about gold, wth is going on here? I think it's safe to say we're in a digital world and they say Bitcoin is safer than the stock market, well at least the guy in the video says that. Any thoughts? Oh, and for Bitcoin haters, there's a gold and silver prediction link on the bottom!

Think of it this way. Theres an unlimited amount of money to buy a limited amount of BTC. Short of every country aggressively outlawing it crypto is here to stay and will just get more and more popular

Whoever you are and however you invest, I wish you nothing but luck!! It all has some risk, so I hope you make the right decisions. I'm retired so already did my investing years ago. In this day and age not sure how I would go but have always felt with silver and gold coins, and collectible currency, you always have at least face value and maybe some added collector value too. Just my 2 cents!!!

By the same reasoning, there's an unlimited amount of money to buy a limited amount of original-run Beanie Babies.

I always chuckle when people use that as an example like they're worthless. There are numerous 4 and 5 figure beanie babies with a strong market.

At least there's no such thing as a fake BTC. I wouldn't accept gold from a random dude. I just don't know what it's worth.

Yep, there are still a few people paying strong money for a few beanie babies, so clearly we should all be trying to buy as many as we can.

Its more than a few people for more than a few of them but mock it if you wish. Are you going to tell me sports cards are dead next?

Certainly not. But are you going to tell me sports cards, or beanie babies, "will just get more and more popular"?

Yes they very easily could. The card market is on absolute fire. Part of the driving force of the card market is to get the NFT rights which will get more and more popular. As will crypto. Like it or not young people love these things and will continue to as will new younger people as they become more and more of the demographic of the world.

My wife and I are retired. We are satisfied with our portfolio. We worry about millennials and their attitudes of having it all or nothing, and living with their parents long after they should be. Most don't have a clue of what we went through to get where we are at, and have no worry about it. What a mess but they do have someone to blame, us!
