[...] RVM. Rev.: +SANCTI ANIAI.</p><p>Schematic as the coin is, it's fun for coinciding with a real castle, ruinous but extant. Here's the 'shell keep' (possibly the inner curtain around a central donjon, now fallen), which looks typically 12th-earlier 13th century.
