Very nice pieces. I am someone who has been a life long fan of the space program so I really enjoy these pieces. I personally don't own any tokens related to the program but I have many other pieces of memorabilia including many astronaut and costmonaut autographs.

Somewhere in my collection is also a rejection letter from the astronaut corps as I applied during their last acceptance cycle and did not make the cut.

 

I hope everybody enjoyed reading this summary of the space missions during the 1960s.

The following two Apollo flight awareneess medals have been posted in previous CT threads. These two medals include some material from the Apollo vehicles that flew the particular mission. (They have flown metal in them). These flight awareness medals were issued by NASA and were presented to personel involved with the Apollo program.

We will leave Sky Lab, the space shuttle, and all the NASA exploration craft to other CoinTalk threads unless you have something you would like to post here.
