Have a really interesting auction on May 1 - 350 lots of tokens, medals, casino tokens, and medallions from the 1930's to 1970's (most are in the 1960's.) Gorgeous designs, interesting commemorative events - stuff that's a bit less common than what you normally see in your LCS token bin. Some came with paperwork stating their mintage (as low as 500 pcs from what I could tell) and there are some you probably don't have yet based on scarcity. There were even a few silver pieces in there, and many I'd never seen before.

Fair disclosure: most of these tokens were stored in PVC flips, so you'll need to invest in some acetone if you end up winning items from this lot. I'm confident that many will be able to be "saved" as I conserved one piece just to see how it would look and it turned out pretty well (check it out here.) In hand it looks almost completely unaffected by the PVC (honestly.) Just please keep in mind that some pieces were really...sticky. (Let's look at it as this is your chance to rescue them and preserve them better for the future!)

Most bids will accordingly start at $1 or $2 with no reserve, so I'll be overjoyed if everything sells just at those opening bids. I'm sure there are a few pieces that will get fought over, but my goal is to re-home everything in the auction. There are about a dozen really large pieces, so if you need a cheap, coin-related paperweight or doorstop...anyway...haha

There are also a few aftermarket collector sets of US Coins and Currency (think Littleton) and US Proof Sets, all priced cheaply (many barely over face value or below greysheet bid.)

I do my absolute best to combine shipping as reasonably as possible (no random overcharging you with "handling" fees) so fill up a Medium Flat Rate Box and have a blast looking through it all when it arrives.

    Thanks, and good luck!
