Very nice example of the type. I just posted mine in Pish's thread, but you can't have enough Maximian...

rx3600bb2063.jpg I don't have a really nice follis of Maximianus but for some reason have more ants of his than of Diocletian. Why???

I have this follis of Maximian, but I'm very angry with it. The patina is so thick and glossy that I can't get any sort of good image of it. At the same time, it's quite beautiful in hand. I really hate this coin.

Nice style for the portrait. Cool addition. I prefer an ant. to a follis as well(not that I have a nice one).

By coincidence I posted this coin in another recent Maximianus thread at the same time Mat was posting his new thread.

This antoninianus was languishing in a pile of mixed lot coins I never got around to studying. I'm not good with attributing these later Roman coins, relying almost solely on Wildwinds. Hopefully this one is correct.

Nice coins, everyone and a decent potin, Chris. Still won't add any though!

Handsome addition to the collection, Mat, I especially like the bust.

Even though I've ever only bought one of his coins as a stand alone, it seems I've managed to collect seven of them.
