Hey everyone. I came across this 09-S Lincoln Cent graded as a business strike with a TPG service. Now I know Matte Proofs were made in Philly. Does this not appear to be a Proof or do my eyes deceive me? (Again??) Based on the rims it looks awfully nice! Is it possible that any were minted in SF? 09.jpg 09-1.jpg

Sorry but no. The images make the edges look strange. What type of holder is it in? Note the difference in the detail of Lincoln on this one.

The edges just look different too me. Like you said I guess it's the way the image was taken.

And I think your eyes are deceiving you. I am not sure just what I am seeing, but I am pretty sure it is not the rims. Some third rate slab?
