I believe it's going is a DDO as well as a DDR the obverse shows the strongest is doubling the first half of Liberty showing split serif as wellas seperation lines. The rivers show strongest dubling on one cent but also has split serifs throughout United States of America with seperation lines on few letters

Not seeing it. What may be a split serif on the N in UNITED looks like damage. Both sides of the split are much thinner than normal. You can always send it the John Wexler. He has instructions at his doubleddie.com site
And let's not forget that this is a lousy Zincoln coin with a copper plating, which can raise all types of visual issues.
