I have seen a few PCGS slabs recently in auctions bearing this special label. I recently acquired one and would like to know something about this collection. Who, what, when, where, etc ? Was it a public collection in a museum somewhere;if private -what was the scope of the collection ? BUT - no information is online; only an article saying Stacks Bowers is dusting off some coins after 40 years. No one seems to know what the significance of the label is, including PCGS who offers the label ! Can anyone help me ?
You can have the Florida Keith collection put on all the coins that you send in to PCGS. You have to pay for it, and they will put it on the slab for you. The collection from what I have googled is china cash and chinese coins. Mostly details coins but genuine. I don't have a clue who Mas Fera is. Good luck.
