marking known fakes with the word "copy"

    CHUCKLES. GOT 2 FAKE 2021 ASE. IF YOU ROTATE KOINS FROM L > R, OBV AND REV ARE BOTH UPRIGHT. KNEW THEY WERE FAKE AT $8.99 EACH. GOT A NICE MORGAN FROM CHINA, FAKE BUT NICE LOOKING.

    Well kudos to you for wanting to do the right thing, mark those bad boys up and then you could re sell them. There is a coin dealer at an antique shop in Delaware that I frequent. He knows exactly what he's doing as he only sells coins and he has a bowl full of fakes that he has listed as fake on the advert but in no place on the coin says copy. I know he sells them because every time I go in there the contents vary. I have asked to see them and I've weighed them. He's been reported so we'll see what happens.

    I thought I posted a reply yesterday, but I don't see it now. Jusy so we/re clear, I did NOT import them. They were a random flea market find that I barely thought about at the time. I didn't get ripped off or lose much money on the deal. I think they woul make nice costume jewelry pieces, but don't want people to think they are real if X years down the road they are separated from the jewelry.
