I have a ratty copy of a 1701 English edition of Marcus Aurelius's Meditations (called Conversations with Himself in this edition). I thought it might be of interest in this post - I put a denarius on the title page just to keep things somewhat on topic. The quote is pretty much at random - skeletons and Halloween, you know.
