Most of the Kennedy's look ok as they are.....toned, I see a few that are probably butt ugly, but how do they look when rotated under light?

As for the cents, can you see the edge through the tubes? If so I'd hold on the ones that might be key, semi-key, or error dates that show an AU/BU appearence from what you can see. Sell the others on eBay as a lot if you don't want to mess with them.

Are you sure it is gold and not bronze?

From the appearance of the golden coin, it has the finish of gold plating -- but I'm not sure. That's the problem I can't find a record anywhere of a golden finish coin of this size that is the twin of the silver .900 coin. I keep calling it "golden" because that's its color, but I am not sure exactly what it is.

Some of the literature mentions the gold plated oin, some mentions the gold coin that is the size of a quarter but has gold content, etc. But nothing I can find mentions any two of the parameters together. Sort of frustrating.

Thx for the advice on the cents.

I think there are folks out there who may pay a premium for those toned Kennedys. Silver Kennedys are very very common, but coins toned like yours aren't as common. Put those on eBay and you'll get more than the average 1964 Kennedy for sure.

If you're just wanting to sell them all though, it would be easiest to just find a couple dealers in the area and ask what they're willing to pay for the lot. I would go to maybe 2-3 different dealers and let them know that you're shopping for the best price, that'll help protect you some in the event the first dealer you choose attempts to rip you off based on your lack of knowledge.
