Magnificent Toning

    Picked up this coin recently (sellers pics) and all I can say is wow! Amazing toning on the obverse and especially the reverse.

    Graded by ANACS in an old white holder as AU55.

    quite nice. I find AU coins with nice toning really cool.

    I sold an 1853 dime to @CoinBlazer today and it was similar to yours. Anyway, outstandingly exquisite that you discovered this specimen!

    I haven't really been on the forums since March. There's been a variety of reasons (some family, some health, some etc.), but I think I'm back now. Every few years I have to take a break for a few months..... it recharges me. But, I will always love numismatics, and I will always return.
