Oh. My. Goodness. I had to update the blog post!



I swear when I posted about the coins a few days ago, I didn't know a coworker had already ordered 10!

Bonus: She thought "Magic Coins" would feature the likes of David Copperfield and Chris Angel.

 

There are some cards that I might consider buying, as I played and collected cards for a while. I don't care for the first one though. Is there anywhere that has a list of the entire series, meaning what cards will be available?

 

I seriously love this thing!

If they made pokemon silver bars... Yeah i still wouldn't buy them. And I used to enjoy the card game too....

 

Amanda, you might fix the picture. The one you posted is mirror imaged.

 

I never got into it either but it is cool looking they came out my seinior year of hs when I was more interested in football fishing 4wheeling and of course cars and girls

 

That is definitely a lot more interesting than the HOF coins.

 

I couldn't agree more! I know a everyone is going nuts for the HOF coins, but I'm just not a fan of the design of it.

What isn't? The Magic The Gathering Coin I'm holding is indeed, well, a coin.

 

silver bars aren't really coins.

 

It's not a silver bar! It's a coin struck by the New Zealand mint with a $2 face value, that happens to be square instead of round.

Coins don't have to be round in order to be a coin -- it is the attachment of a face-value that makes it a coin.

Interesting that Hasbro would make a square coin.

Very imaginative on the Australian shaped piece.
