I have deposited coins at this one branch which is the same line Soctiabank and have never had my problem and I know it was not my home branch.</p><p><br /></p><p>So I accepted I could not dump coins anymore there which I thought was stupid but to make thing worse the Customer Service Manager came up and said I couple of things to me which really mad me mad and NO ONE should say to any customer.</p><p><br /></p><p>1. You MUST return the coins to the bank you received them from. For all she knew I could have received it from their the week before without her knowledge.</p><p><br /></p><p>2. This is the worst one. She told me it took too much of her tellers time to bring the coins to the vault and back and fill out paper work at the end. Okay it takes them 2 minutes or less usually to be done with me. There were people in the bank when I arrived who were STILL talking with a teller. </p><p><br /></p><p>She basically told me she does not want to deal with me anymore and does not want me as a customer because I take too much of their time. It is their job. If people need to wait in line for a minutes longer so be it. It is not my problem you do not have enough tellers. She would deny it but I had a witness who would say the exact same thing that I would be saying. So I just left with too boxes which they switched but no more.</p><p><br /></p><p>I then contacted support and filed a complaint which he then said for me to contact the branch manager which I did and who I knew by previously talking to them. They are very nice. One of the best ones I have talked to. So left a message with her. I also said that if you do not want me as a customer I will cancel my debit card.</p><p><br /></p><p>Once again bringing me back to who do they hire. They seem to hire mean, depressed people for some reason. I will tell her that my mom with 10 years plus with previous banking experience cannot get a job at Scotiabank and you hire these people.
