M]y unusual Dime

    Found this last week never seen a coin look like this!! anyone no why??

    What Kentucky said.

    The dime has environmental damage. The dark color and surface damage indicate (to me) that the coin spent some time on or in the ground. Not a mint error.

    well thanks, its crazy i never seen one do that, and ive had to come across weathered coins before, learn something

    Very common
    Start looking at all the coins and inventorying them all. I think you'll see how common it is.
