LRB id help please

I’m 100% certain it’s incredibly rare and valuable. I’m hoping someone can confirm this because I have no idea what it is. Thanks!

    Obverse: D N GRATIA-NVS P F AVG, Draped and cuir., pearl diademed bust r.
    Reverse: CONCOR-DIA AVGGG, Roma helmeted seated facing, head left, holding globe, Θ in left field, Φ over K in right field, ANTA in exergue.
    Size: 19.17mm
    Weight: 2.47 grams
    Description: nearing VF.
