Lowest I've found

One of the benefits of my job is getting to rummage through the till at work and cherry pick all the coins and paper. Here is one of my finds from yesterday. It has its share of wear and tear (but no real tears) but is the lowest serial number I've come across. Pictures from my phone which is a good phone, but a lousy camera.

Nice low number despite the wear. It looks like a clean bill, no tears, ink or damage so nice find.

 

Nice find. Bill searching is one of favorite hobbies. Many a-ha moments that keeps us collecting.

 

I love coin collecting. I do not understand paper collecting.

 

Basically the same thing but with differences. I collect both.

 

I have five or or six $2 bills, but they are all from the 1990s. I have a crisp $1 Silver Certificate I saved from the Eisenhower era — probably a 1957. That's all the paper I have.

I have a $5, 00005428 but I have another $5 that I like more because 00008500
6 zeroes.

 

I found this in circulation.

 

I would say no fair because 6 digits, but as a circulation find, then it's awesome.

 

No fair, that one only has 6 digits. Still nice though lol.
